We’ve officially opened the survey window for the 2025 edition of SPI’s Service Lifecycle Management Maturity Model (SLM³) — our updated benchmark for how professional services firms scale, package, and deliver their offerings.
First introduced in 2012, the original SLM³ framework was one of the first to focus on the service lifecycle end-to-end. Now, we’re building on that foundation with a modernised lens — reflecting today’s priorities like platform integration, recurring revenue, modular design, and AI-enhanced delivery.
This survey is part of our wider effort to give firms a connected view across both operations and service strategy — aligned with SPI’s Professional Services Maturity Model™.
